I had such a wonderful experience at the Ivy Hut, mostly due to the fact that Tracie is such a kind, approachable and open person, and I could tell she wanted me to have the best experience possible. She really took her time and made sure the wax job was meticulous. The hut itself is beautifully decorated too! Thank you for such a great experience, I will be recommending the Ivy Hut to my friends, and hope to be back soon!

I haven't been waxed since I was 13 and needless to say I was a little anxious about this session today, but Tracie is a wonderful listener and empath who genuinely wants you to feel the best you can. I would never choose to get waxed regularly before, but I will definitely be back to the Ivy Hut just because of her customer service, genuineness and the prices are very competitive too. Would recommend to anyone, first time or seasoned pro.

Wow...what a find. My daughter surprised me with this wonderful Mother's Day treat actually ON Mother's Day! I didn't have a clue where I was going or what for!When I arrived I was a bit bemused by seeing a house and was instructed to ring the buzzer by the green garden gate. It was answered by lovely Tracie and she showed me to a cute cabin in the garden. This cabin is no ordinary cabin....it's a beauty haven! Lovely and warm, beautiful relaxing music with the sound of water running in a stream and a total feel of I never want to leave!Tracie is so knowledgeable and professional and adjusts the named treatments to your actual needs. She's extremely friendly and it was such a pleasure to be with her.Unfortunately I did have to leave at the end of my oh so relaxing massage but not without a very thoughtful gift from Tracie ....a bunch of my favorite Daffodils for Mother's Day she said. What a truly lovely touch.I have found my perfect relaxation therapist and will return regularly without doubt. Thank you Tracie for a wonderful experience. Hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day too xx
