Always friendly, always beyond helpful, the guys helped me select the right bike for my disability (I'm an above knee amputee) and fitted it perfectly. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else for either gear or service and repair.
Awful! They completely ripped my son off and charged him 40 for taking of a bottom bracket off a bike, thats one bolt. The bolt was stuck but with the correct tool this would have been an easy job. We were quoted 15 from another shop for doing the same thing but that was after Pedalworks had already ripped us off. These people have taken advantage of my son and we will NEVER use them again. Beware.
