The rental of the motorhome was great including the staff who attended to us- especially after our incident/accident within 15 minutes of collecting the motorhome. We drove up to Tesco's (about 3 miles up the road) and parked well within a demarcated parking . While still in the rear of the motorhome an elderly lady lost control of her vehicle smashing into our motorhome rendering it undriveable. Credit to Just Go -within 4 hours we were on the road ago in an alternative vehicle and had a wonderful trip around Ireland. This was in May 2018 and despite assurances we have NOT BEEN REFUNDED OUR EXCESS- to quote from an email dated Aug 6 2018-.....the claim is still open as they are still processing all the information. There is no prospect of you being found at fault for the incident. and26 October 2018-the Insurers.....could not give me a date that this claim would be closed but were actively looking to settle this as soon as possible.Since -NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION OR RESPONSE WHATSOEVER DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS.SO - POST HIRE NO STARS - THINK CAREFULLY RE THE INSURANCE.
This was our second hire from Just Go and we had a great experience both times. The vehicle had low mileage and was very reliable, even on very cold days. The motorhome layout was also perfect for us. It is nice to deal with a company that you can trust and who is there to support your holiday. We would hire again and happily recommend based on our experience.

We took out a motorhome for a week in February as a dry run as we are going away for 2 weeks later in the year, it was to see what we would need for our longer holiday. It really was well worth hiring it for the week and very much looking forward to our holiday later in the year now.
Purchase first motorhome from Just Go yesterday, nothing was too much trouble for any member off staff. Received many extras we were not expecting and constant reassurance they were there for any questions or difficulties. We tested this out on the"questions" by phone later that day and were greeted with the same helpfulness as during the sale process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you to Isaac, Mathew and Sarah for making it a really great day and enjoyable experience for us.
