Went during the day recently. 2 young men were totally uninterested in offering customer service and had no clue about the products being sold- specifically the commuter bikes. Get some training
Very helpful staff especially Chris at Dunstable who managed to get a quick fix completed on my bike. Also the quality and price of bike equipment is superb.
It's small store compared to MK and Surrey quays.. they don't have everything. Most staff are polite and knowledgeable. Was a bit disappointed with 1 staff.. as I wanted to buy a top for my little one. But he wouldn't let me saying they need to close the store and tills close automatically (which is a lie). There were other customers still shopping. So it would have took me 30secs to grab another one. Now I got the 2 fighting over the one top.Was a little shocked that he wouldn't let me go back. I'm always shopping in decathlon.. London and in France. There products are really good and well priced. Decathlon I think you need to review this worker..otherwise he will put your business down.
