Hard to get an appointment . Doctors are nice , however receptionists very rude! They do all their stuff first and leave you wait for ages . Also waited for more than 40mins once, to get in! Not a good surgery at all.
Always professional, Drs and nurses are very caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great surgery! Family have been here for years

The medical service is perfectly fine.It's hard if you're working though to get an appointment. They want you to call up at 8am in the morning in the hope there's an appointment, but that's when you'll be driving to work. And if you stay home, what if theres no appointment? They essentially discourage non-urgent appointments by those who work standard office hours.
