Very difficult to get through to this surgery at times but doctors seem attentive, and caring.
Called early morning for my baby appointment they havent got any until next week so rude staffs

Very bad reception staff. Needed the gp to give prescriptions sent from the hospital consultant and they always said didn't have any letter from the hospital asking for it, even after I took the letter myself and they made a copy. After a month trying they say that we need to book appointment to get the prescriptions... they are having a laugh... very bad inexperiente staff, they don't know what they are doing... if an appointment was needed why it took 1 month to tell me that???? Give more training to your staff.
The communication between receptionists is so poor. They dont talk to each other or make any notes. It is so frustrating to talk to them. They have very minimal knowledge about how the surgery is run. Poor communication service. Further training required and specially how to make non clinical notes so you dont have to explain everything to each receptionist over again. I had to ask the receptionist to make a note so I dont repeat myself next time and they know what to do. She struggled with that too.
