I have to say the individuals working here have no idea of the term 'customer service'.They sold me a 'new' keyboard stand that was NOT new and claimed it was a KAM stand - in fact it was an Adam Hall stand - they tried to cover the original logo with a KAM sticker!These cowboys should not be trusted. AVOID.
