Terribly difficult to get an appointment, you have to call at 8.30 or 2.30 when the phone line is jammed with people seeking appointments. The online system is there, but not great for those who can't access it or the elderly. Doctors are nice and helpful, the receptionists less so, some customer service training wouldn't go amiss.
Really difficult to communicate with all team.
How is possible to put all your patients to call in the same time. It's not good to book 1 appoiment in 2 weeks just because nobody is answering at phone. It'critical what is going on! Bad impresion about system.
