What a load of rubbish that comes out of their mouths someone reversed into my vehicle,they think that it acceptable to replace only part of my bumper which will be a totally different colour they don't know what their on about,the assessor said Ford make 3 different coloured bumpers for my vehicle when they only do one so they don't know what their on about if you get offered their service refuse and get someone else
JP MORRIS They dont listen. They do not inspect. They favour third party. My rare car worth £15,500.00 and they assessed it at £2100.00.After 4 months of complaints they revalued it at £16,700. A BUNCH OF JOKERS LIARS AND CHEATS.
These and kindertons are a total scam avoid but most people won't know until thay already dealt with them of how bad thay are thay work wad soo shit that it cost me a court case in none fault claim if facts was looked at and presented in paperwork judge whould have seen it but I was told by jigsaw law who else is run by kindertons to keep my mouth shut in court about how bad my car was and not fixed properly or it whould jepadise the case and I could end up with all the fees to pay by my self my hands were tied and lost.
I had the misfortune of dealing with JP Morris following a car accident I found them to be unhelpful at best. Further to this they lied on the report to my insurer saying that they had provided me with information that despite asking for they completely failed to provide. They were very 'this is how it is and make a decision now or you could occur charges for storage'. I very much got the impression that they felt as a young female with little experience with cars they felt they could intimidate me into making a split second decision without providing me with all the facts/details which I was requesting. Thankfully in my case that was not the case. I complained to my insurance company who were most helpful in assisting me and assured me that the information I was requesting was perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately until insurance companies stop bank rolling J P Morriss I highly doubt they will review their customer service.
Avoid at all costs. Rude and ignorant staff.
This company engaged an enginert/assessor by the name of Stephen James from Wolverhampton to examine a Volkswagen Touran which had deliberately reversed into my car in order to make a fraudulent claim.At the time of the incident I believed the Asian lady driver to have caused a genuine accident by putting the car into reverse and touching my car at about 3 MPH.As it was very minor damage to my bumper I said I would get a quote and advise her of the cost accordingly.But two days later I got a phone call frommy insurer saying I had driven into this lady and she was making a claim agsinst me.The engineer/assessor namely Steven James who inspected her car made a report to say her car was in his opinion a write off due to scuffing of the rear bumper and a dent in the tailgate which was already there because it did not match where the two vehicles had impacted.The minor damage caused to the Volkswagen by it's fraudulent driver was costed at 3900including courtesy car hire charges but could have been carried out for around 350 at most car body repairers.This vehicle damage assessor namely Steven James is definitely not fit for the job and is making car insurance premiums much higher than need be.It seems this industry is milking the insurance companies as much as possible and is dire need of a regulatory body to stop the amount of overcharging that appears to be going on.Even if the fraudulent driver of the Volkswagen is unsuccessful they get free use of an equivalent courtesy car until the claim is settled despite her car being perfectly driveable.The date of the collision was 29/7/17 and as of 15/11/17 is still ongoing.So J P MORRIS please engage qualified assessors because on this occasion you have truly been named and shamed.Lindsay Owen
