They dont even deserves one star ..liers .bunch of gangs not professional at all ..they love to play games ripp off your money. They dont care about.The tenant we was very close to take them to court ..losers and i will show the people how manipulate they are.we have rent a property from them in the vewing they said the white goods are included..and they give us a paper aproves that even in the website its says that after we gave them the money and take the keys the property was empty no white goods ..not clean the dust every wear in the kitchen the mould and cracks in the wardrobe ..and they change the discreption of the property in the web site and delted the e mails witch proves the house discreption..worse experience ever lara ..louise..karen and Michael bunch of gangs and liers

Richard is a terrible estate agent who doesnt know what day of the week it is, Im surprised hes worked there for so long. Im sure youve lost so much custom and now mine because of that lazy weasel.Please stay away from falcon close as the landlord is a crook and the house is falling apart!!

We needed our flat estimated just to be told that they cant be bothered to do it as they had estimated flat next to us and the estimation is the same. Not even considering that our flat is bigger. How unprofessional.
