Had to put 1 star to be able to write a review. In reality the owner deserves no stars. Very rude ignorant man. No customer service skills. For years I have had to drive to Langdale Road Post Office in Tescos or Dunstable Post Office (where at both of these customer service is brilliant) when Westfield is in walking distance for me. If I knew how to complain to the Post Office head office I would....

Horrible service provided by the owner at all the time .Absolutely an friendly person working there. Always trying to complain with clients about any think you can imagine. To all customers ,stay away from this place if you can.I am really surprised why Post office/Royal Mail no sort this out yet .
Very rude. I'd rather walk into town even at my age than give him business. Hasn't got digital scales and often weighs things behind the counter and prices can differ to real post offices in town with digital scales linked to the till. Make of that what you will.
Unreliable opening hours. On Saturday the Post Office is meant to be open until 1pm but I and other members of my family went there on Saturdays a few times last year and it was closed due to staff not turning up. The owner or franchise holder said he was unable to serve at the Post Office because he was the only one there. Unfriendly notices on the door telling customers how to queue and, when the Post Office is open, the staff have often been taking personal calls whilst serving customers and act like they're doing you a favour rather than offering a service they're paid to provide. Avoid!
