Taylors Dunstable sold our house efficiently and professionally, we also brought our new home from them too, Veiwings were lead really well and Adam who did this has a great professional manner, Matthew organised our mortgage for us and lead us through the steps being the first time we had brought and sold a property.Clive was an absolute diamond for us as we did have a few drawn out issues with the house we were buying and solicitors not really keeping us up to speed with the sale (countrywide conveyancing), Clive answered and chased all our issues and explained things in a understandable way rather than jargon. DO NOT sell your property thru taylors (Dunstable). We had a a terrible experienced with them. They rushed us in signing a contract electronically. We thought the agent has explained everything to us so we signed the contract. They encouraged us to pay for a professional photography, saying that we will get a copy of the photos, but didnt give us any. They can be rude at times. They don't answer emails and rarely return our call. We keep on asking them to give us a copy of the contract. Several months has passed, up to now, we never received a copy, not even thru email!We are awaiting confirmation that our contract with them has ended and we have given them our 14 days notice. As usual, they just ignore our email.
