5th Feb Update: Spoke to them about 2 weeks ago where they took no liability for any of the below, I was then told reluctantly told I can have my service money but nothing else and that is only if I delete this review. They as normal said they'd give me a call back and not heard anything from them.Brought car back in July with 3 months warranty and service to be done by them. Rang multiple times and told them days I was available for service as it was due, they kept pushing my calls off and telling me they'll ring back. I explained my gear box clutch had issues as it was covered by the warranty the ignored emails and calls again, ended up having to get survey done on my own back as the issue with the gears caused an accident, unwilling to pay damages or even for the service I got with the car. Now i lost my car key so decided to use the spare one and it doesn't work. And my mechanic has told me my clutch is on the way out which is probably why they didn't get my service booked in as it was under warranty. This a 100% genuine review I would stay away at all costs, go to a more reputable dealership. Disgusting company and the service was likewise, will be having to take them to court to get any of my money back it seems as i am now getting fobbed off and told to so do so.
1 star if that ,just interested in the money.Poor customer service ,never fixed broken wing mirror as agreed pre-collection, kept promising to post it.Leaking steering fluid within a month .Then major oil leak less then 5 momths later costing hundreds to fix.Lots of fobbimg off and ignoring messages for ages despite claiming to call my NOK whilst i"ve been very ill.Evidence sent of repairs cost and of course no response since.Ive had life saving surgery they are aware of and treating me appallingly causing so much stress. Watch this space ,I will not roll over to charlatans.
Bought a Nissan Juke 3.5 months ago.. the car has so many faults wrong with it.. they refuse to take resposnibilty for it, I have had to have an inspection done on the car and bcm motors are liable for the faults, they can have their dodgy car back!
great people to deal with .No pushy sales.They let me check 3 cars on my own and then took out 2 for a test drive.Very happy with my 3Ltr BMWgreat looking car.put it this way i had left my driveing license there and they posted it back recorded delivery.100% trustworthy.Thank you guys.will deffo use again
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER NOT RECOMMENDED. Really bad service, 2 months in after buying a car and had issues DPF had to be regenerated, break pads never changed, rear wiper not working, at the time of the purchase I asked when had the timing belt and the water pump been changed and they were not able to answer that saying they would get that information and later on provide it to me, which never came through. Took the car to the garage for service and all these problems popped outThey are not liable for these issues, true, but I expected a running car for the price they asked. apparently 2000 miles nowadays worth 4,000.UPDATE: I tried to call today about another issue that showed up in the car, imagine my surprise, I called to them first, so they can't say I didn't contact them first, I explained that my dashboard is not working.The manager said I was lying on my review, which I am not by the way, I just stated the problems I found and I was not happy with the kind of service that was provided from them, and he said and I quote: "I won't listen to any more of your words if you don't delete the review and write an apology letter." Still wondering what will happen to my dashboard, I literally can't drive my car now though.DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER NOT RECOMMENDED.
