A clean and tidy place, looks very nice and they have some wonderful cars here.
Since Tom has left there is Poor communication and customer service. The switch board transfer you straight to the workshop who have no idea how to speak to customers. We pay over 250 pm to lease our vehicle and are being told to wait a week just to have a vehicle health check. They dont return phone calls and youre left holding on the phone for a long time.
Great service from staff. Sat and waited for my wifes mobility car to be MOT. it did take 2 hours, was told when it was booked,should take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Had to return to have a warning light fixed within 30 minutes of first visit.after a phone call they asked to come back, the staff were very accommodating on return. would reccomend this Company
