Since I got my first car I have been coming to this garage on a recomendation from a family member and I doubt I will ever go another one, ever!Great customer service, you are remembered and valued as a customer, quality workmanship and give you the facts. I have heard horror stories of people (especially women) being ripped off in other places but autocraft are nothing but honest and professional.I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Love this Garage and all the staff.
Very disappointedI had a turbo issue and needed a turbo changing. Autocraft understood my urgency to have it fixed and agreed to get the car in the next morning (Saturday) after telling my the turbo would be off by Tuesday I called Tuesday to which the lady in reception told me the car was being worked on but turbo not off yet (a lie). She then rang me Wednesday to tell me she couldn't get the car on the ramp as it was Lowered to which I told them already. I have lost a week in earnings and without a car now and they did not even apologise for wasting my time when I collected the car. I know there work on cars is great due to recommendations but on this occasion they have really let them selves down on customer service!! Would not recommend ever again!
Lovely friendly local garage, very reasonably priced, have bee taking my car (panda) there for years for service and MOT and have never had any issues with them.They always call if they find issue in the service and will ask before doing any additional work that costs more money, they don't just do the work and expect you to pay which I appreciate, so I always feel like a respected customer.Would highly recommend this company. :)
Would recommend this company for any car / van repairs. Used this service for my van and car and am very happy with the service offered. Myvan had an issue with brakes, gearbox mount and needed new brake lines along with the handbrake needing adjusting. All came back in perfect working condition. Feels like a new van again.Had also a problem with a leaking diff seal on my BMW. Rear was making a grinding sound due to the leak. All repaired and new oil in diff and after a little driving, no sound at all and everything now appears working correctly. Excellent job. Would 100% recommend with no problems. Cheers.
