I only gave one star because I had to register something. Booked in a week previously. Dropped off the night before and they seemed to know nothing about it. Still they said they could do a 50,000 mile service. Having had no contact I phoned at 4 o'clock for an update to be told "We need authorisation from the lease company" . So having had my vehicle all day they hadn't even bothered to obtain that. I was then told that it would not be available until the next day. I declined. On collecting my vehicle I was greeted with complete indifference. " We've been busy" with a wave of the hand.Absolutely AWFUL service. I do a lot of miles and my car needs regular servicing. I will NEVER use this awful company again.
