started using this gym a few days ago... very friendly staff and are more then happy to help if you have any problems or questions...only downfall in my opinion is it shuts at 9 on a friday.. 10 would be better but i understand why they shut at 9 as the staff do have a life to...the gym seems to be kept clean and tidy..by staff and customers.. in my opinion a good place to train ..

Good place, good machines, clean, parking is closeby.
After not being in a gym for over 2 years, the staff here gave me the confidence I needed to get back into things. Its cheaper than any other gym around and all without a contract. Youve also a pay per visit option too. The machines are well looked after and theres plenty to go around. Its not intimidating like some gyms Ive tried, people of all shapes and sizes use the free weights as well as the cardio machines. Its an all round good place! Give it a try :)
