Great place to get fit! Friendly and non judgemental atmosphere.
Had a student membership here for over a year now and training frequently on odd sessions with friends over a period of roughly 3/4 years. Firstly the owner Gavin is a sound down to earth, easy to talk to guy. Always up for a chat about anything; willing to give advice and help on any queries you might have. There's a HUGE range of supplements and clothing that Gavin has on standby to help you progress in your training and fashion Most of the body building equipment is hammer strength so you'll be using top of the range kit which he often swaps in and out every few months for new or different things. Overall it's a cracking gym to train at.
