walls are paper-thin so snoring residents can be heard all night long resulting in no sleep whatsoever Room was cold too. When you have had enough and decide to get up you will be in for a shock Freezing cold shower and a kettle in room that is for show as it does not work. The 2 stars are just that it was better than sleeping rough.
Excellent value for money the rooms are clean and comfortable staff were excellent good car parking. I Will certainly book the hotel on our next visit.
Beautiful old building with great character. On the main road just outside of town, so can be a little noisy. But a good sleep in a cosy room and very comfortable bed. Bathroom a good size too.We ate in the restaurant last night, and the service and food was relaxed, good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast this morning was great too. I'd come back.
What can I say. If you want to spoil yourself with a bit of class come stay here. I was in the area on a course and it was great to come back to and just relax. Staff excellent. Food excellent. Rooms excellent. For what you get for the money, I would not even dream of staying elsewhere.
Lovely building and hotel and staff was very friendly and willing to help. The room was amazing. My whole family could of slept in 1 bed it was that big and very comfortable. The only thing was the weather was so hot & the room had no air conditioning but that Didn't take away from such an enjoyable stay. Plenty of choice at breakfast in the morning too. Would recommend everyone go for a stay there.
