Although my room was great, the other members in the party were not happy as the battery had gone flat to access there room
This place should be closed down. The carpets in the corridors looked like they hadn't been hoovered in years, the ceilings were water stained and sagging. Finally found my room and to my disgust it was smelly & dirty. There was condensation running down the window and walls, the curtain didn't fit the window at all. The bed was extremely worn but worse of all when I opened the bathroom door the smell nearly made me throw up! I wouldn't allow homeless person to stop here!! Needless to say I checked out immediately and checked into a premier Inn .AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
Dreadful. Would rather sleep on a park bench than sleep here. Beds looked like someone else had slept in them, toilet completely inaccessible (door obstructed the toilet - climb in the bath to get to the toilet), exposed wires from two broken wall lamps and no loo paper, plus the lovely addition of someone else's hair in the bath, a basin lacking a plug, and a dirty plastic cup in the bathroom. Avoid it if you can, sleep in your car, the best part was wiping my feet as I left.
The price was affordable and there is a decent size car park hidden at the back. However, it is not the most maintained building as our window was cracked and the blinds was not properly attached, but you get what you paid for. So, if you are looking for a cheap hotel room to stay in, within the Luton area then it is worth the price.
