I had a weird experience today.i did some shopping and on my way home i was randomly checking one frozen pizza best before date and shockingly it went off 3 months ago. Unacceptable!!i turned around went back to complain and i was offered a replacement and a 5 pound voucher. The team member was bare schocked but the team leader who came around started giggling which suggests it is not something uncommon to happen and lack of professionalism. I went back to check the other products of the same topping and all where having the same date and it was facing the display so its not like its hard to spot. Asda manager sort your place out!
Absolutely awful Customer service from the George Manager Sarah. She should be sacked immediately.Will send an email of complaint to the CEO.
My wife is a weekly home shopping customer and orders every week for almost 90 groceries from Asda Dunstable.We didn't receive our groceries yesterday and after many calls we had to make to get out why, we ended up by speaking to the home shopping manager Bicky, who told us that the driver didn't find our address and that the shopping would be back in store.She backed the lazy driver Null up, by not delivering my weekly order, even though all other drivers have found my house, with two very big signs on, and have been friendly and polite in the past weeks.The rude manager told us, it can happen!! They'd have thousands of customers and can't care for everyone.That means we can't order again, without taking risk, to not receive our groceries and it definitely means Asda Dunstable doesn't care about their customers at all.They do need an urgent change of their management and also of their policies.Worse experience ever.They're still with our almost 90 without delivering the groceries and are not ashamed to upset and to mess up a regular customer.Get rid of that home shopping manager Bicky and of your lazy driver Null and serve your customers the way your management in Leeds want you to serve them!!You've lost a loyal and regular customer by messing up!!
Bought a Frijj milkshake and came back to find there is no seal on it like there should be. It's common sense to let people know it's not been drunk. So many times do Asda let themselves down. Sainsbury's will always be superior no one can debate it
Store closed early due to apparent trouble after the football which i didn't mind too much but what I objected to was that when I asked the security guard why they are shut his reply was "Because we can" I then asked to speak with the manager who came down refused to give me her name and had no identification badge to indicate her position and again was extremely rude and not at all bothered with the fact I had just forked out a taxi fare for a wasted trip.The worst thing of all was a man coming to the door needing sugar as his friend was having a medical emergency to be answered with not our problem and I don't believe you despite me asking them to get some sugar and bring it to the door and I would pay for it with out the need of anyone coming in the store
