Should open at 9am. The pharmacist is late every time i come. It's now 9.10am and the staff and customers are all waiting outside. I suffer with chronic pain so I'm sat in my car waiting but start work at 9.30 so will have to leave without my medication. Can't come back on my lunch break as they don't stagger their lunches so close for an hour. I chose this chemist to have my prescription sent here because of the easy access parking and not needing yo walk far but it's looking like I need to change.
Useless, the number of times I've put through an electronic repeat prescription , gone into chemist a week later only to be told they haven't got anything for me. On checking they reckon the prescription has only just come through. A cop out, this happens much too often!!!!
Not at all efficient! When requesting repeat prescriptions they don't bother to let you know if they cannot fulfil your order. One would assume that they would have better customer service ethics but they don't. Constantly make excuses to excuse their bad customer service! I am going to another pharmacy even though this is my local one.
Constantly coming home with half of my repeat prescription missing. In the end we changed where we send our prescriptions because I was given wrongly by my doctor a tablet I didn't recognise ,I asked the pharmacist what the tablet was for and she said if I wanted to know I should ask my doctor he gave it to me.Not very helpful bad attitude.
Very well staffed and quick to please.
