Ordered a meal, gave them post code and adress, 45 mins later got a call from the delivery driver saying he was there but was at a completely different adress in a different part of townGot a call another 15 mins later saying the driver couldn't find my address and asked for post code an adress again, said they were cooking up more food fresh and would be five minutes15 mins later the food arrived and clearly they'd lied, cooked fresh chicken and sent our the same pizza and chips that had been in the car for last half hour because the pizza was cold, congealed and disgusting and the chips were stone cold and soggyAvoid
The food is great and good delivery service but i have ordered numerous times and the orders are always wrong, may be one day they will get it rightOnce again the order was wrong...I think this is there last and final chance.i will be looking else where
Orderd food online and said order was being processed,rang 10 mins later to be sure and no anser.. got to an hour and still no anser after ringing 4/5 times.. check online and still says delivery asap... after another 5 phone calls and not being anserd i canceled the order.. can only assume this is due to a relious festival? Which if so isnt an issue but would be nice for an anser phone message to be left to say your shut or not taking orders.. and should not be accepting online orders if your shut.. or not going to deliver. Big shame as have been looking forward to using you aince the revamp uve had but wont be coming back again...waste of time
Love their half chicken n chips, plus their chilli sauce is the best around.
Pretty sure chicken wings shouldn't be pink cold and bloody. Straight in the bin along with the Rest of the food. No way am I eating that .
