Placed an order today for a chicken fillet burger meal and two empire burgers. In the comments stated that want no cheese in the chicken burger meal. After receiving the food discovered that there was no cheese in any of the meals and that the salad is old and brown as seen in the pics. Friend called up, whoever we have spoken to was extremely rude and was arguing with us. Read back the comments section which said "no cheese in chicken fillet burger" and yet was still arguing and not letting us speak. Eventually understood that they have no read it correctly. Said that they would give us something next time (have been told that in the past and when call up they act as if they don't remember saying that) asked them to deliver the cheese and they tried to get out of delivering it by saying it is busy. We have requested that they deliver the cheese which is missing from our order. They informed that it will be 45mins. Currently waiting for the cheese. Will not be ordering again.
Bad customer service. Got the order wrong then argued on the phone. Burgers came with black salad. Waiting now for cheese which he said will be for 45 mins.
If u wamt quick fast food they are not bad... But i didnt find the food appealing.. Its just okay
No other word than terrible. RUDE staff, should not be working in customer service at all. Food portions are TINY for the extortionate prices you pay. Looks scabby outside and in, so dread to think what the kitchen really looks like other than what you see. Will be closed very soon, much better places all over Dunstable and surrounding areas for half the price.
order a large kebab and get a few TINY pieces of lamb what tastes completely flavourless and it's cold. Chips taste awful and the workers attitude is terrible. Told I'd be 'looked after' next time and got an even smaller portion. Don't eat from here people. Would give 0 stars If I could.
